It's made form medical-grade stainles steel with a mirror polish that won't irritate tissue, and our company have them sterilized at 134°C before shippng, so case arrives ready for immediate use in most clinics.
The kit includes multiple sizes, though we don't have a fixed count on the exact number — usually around 12 to 15 clamps — and the weight is about 500g for the complete set, which makes it manageable for tray setups.
You can autoclave these repeatedly without corrosion, better than some cheaper chrome-plated options, but they're not suited for heavy orthopedic torque application, just dental rubber dam work.
COAs are avaliable on request, and the ISO 13485 and CE certs cover teh whole line, but honestly we usually have stock and lead time is roughly 20 days or so, so check if you need them sooner.
