So getting straight to it, the JFZW-9109N is what we send out most for folks retrofitting their overhead misting or drip lines—high-grade brass with a nickel-plated surface treatment that handles the weather way better than plain brass ever could.

Most buyers around here pipe these into greenhouse cooling setups or field irrigation for row crops, and they're actually pretty straightforward to thread onto standdard PE pipe without needing extra adapters, though I'd always grab a sample first if your pipe walls run thicker than usual.

Thread standard follows DIN and the head type is round as standard (other configurations available if you ask), temperature range sits at -20°C to 120°C, and the pressrue rating varies by model but we usually stock the ones that hold up to about 10 bar or so—something most people overlook until they get a burst at the joint.

What it's not great for is high-vibration continuous spray application, like on mobile boom sprayers, because the threaded joints can loosen over time—that's just the nature of brass thread connections no matter the plating.

We've had these on the shelf for years now, so we roughly know what they do and don't do—MOQ is typically 100 pieces per box, but if you need custom packaing or a different head design, just tell us the quantiy and we'll adjust lead time (usually 2-4 weeks depending on the volume).

17mm is the standard thread size we see most commonly ordered, and one thing even experienced buyers miss is that the chamfer on the internal thread matters for getting the first few turns to catch cleanly—ours have that machined in so you're not fighting cross-threads out of the box.
