Actually handles wire sizes form 26 down to 16 AWG with that 3.81mm pitch, and if you step up to 5.08mm or 5.81mm, you get 28-16 AWG range instead — usually helps when you've got finer wire in tighter boards, we've ordered CLP082 models in 2 to 12 poles depending on the rail layout.
Rated up to 300V and pulls 10A to 12A depending on which pitch you pick, and the strip length is 6mm for the 3.81mm version or 7mm for the 5.08mm one, so you're not guessing at how much jacket to peel back when wiring up a control panel.
All PA66 with UL94V-0 flame rating, so it's not going to soften up under heat between -40°C and 105°C, though we typically torque the screws to 0.2Nm on teh 3.81mm pitch models and 0.4Nm on the 5.08mm ones — too much force and those brass contacts (nickel plated, by the way) can shift, but it's steel screws with zinc plating so they don't seize easily.
88% of orders we get the color matched to the green on our existing boards without issue, but the injection molding gives consistent dimensoins batch to batch (usually 20 days or so turnaround), and we've found these work better than cheaper alternatives for DC/DC interface application — just not suited for high-vibration environments unless you lockwire everything.
We usually run a quick COA check on brass pin matrial with tin plating before shipment, but typical purity holds up fine for indutrial connections; MOQ is roughly 50 pieces per pole count, and the 3.81mm pitch version is easier to handle in tight spaces than the bigger 5.81mm ones — just confirm lead time if you need more than 200 pieces.

For the 5.08mm pitch model, you should strip 7mm of wire insulation. The 3.81mm version needs 6mm instead.
They come in anti-static bags inside cardboard boxes, 500 pieces per box. Store them in a cool, dry place below 40°C to keep the plastic in good shape.
