Basically, what makes these worth buying for US and EU buyers is the UL certifcation and V0 rating—that’s the flame resistnce standerd most inspectors actually look for, and we can provide the COA and import docs without you chasing us.
It handles 660VAC at 15A with a 5.0kV surge rating, which is tighter tolerance than a lot of generic blocks we’ve seen, and the 0.5Nm tightening torque on the M3 screws means you won’t strip them if you’re in a hurry.
We usually stock these in batches of 500 pieces or so, but if you need a different quantty, just confirm the MOQ and lead time (roughly 20 days give or take). The brass contacts are nickel tin plated, so they don’t corrode as fast in humid storage.
One thing a buyer might not think to ask: the 8.2mm pitch is pretty standard, but the PC housing is what it is—it meet V0, but don’t expect it to survive repeated drops onto concrete. Not suited for heavy vibration environments without additional support.
Also, for import to the UK or EU, we include the CE declaration and material data free, but you’ll want to double-check the RoHS status if your downstream client is strict about it—our company can send that separately. 2500VAC withstand per minute is the figure you’ll see on the test report.
Anyway, connection method is screw terminal, M3x8, so you’re not dealing with push-in frustration on these—just a standard screwdriver and you’re done. Contamination degree 2 means it’s fine for typical indutrial PCB use, but not for outdoor or dusty environments.

The recommended torque is 0.5Nm — using a standard No.2 Phillips or flathead screwdriver works fine. Over-tightening can damage the terminal, so stick to that torque value.
They come in anti-static bags, packed in cartons with foam inserts to prevent damage. Standard packaging is 100 pieces per bag, but we can adjust to your preferred quantity.
