our company can't always quote the exact lead time on the larger 1-1/2" and 2" sizes because those are made to order roughly every 30 days or so, but the 1/4" through 1" sizes are typically within a week. The COA is included with each batch, and we've found the tolerance on these is tighter than most generic ferrule sets you'll see online — one thing buyers don't ask is that the raw rubber core can vary slightly in durometer between runs, which changes how much torque you apply during assembly.
The DIN standard is the most common for European gear, ANSI for North American stuff, and JIS mainly for Japanese equipment — just match it to your system, really. We'll send the HPLC purity data on the rubber if you need it, but basically these are for connecting hoses under high or low pressure and work up to about 200°F typically.
Anyway, we usually have stock on the 1/2" and 3/4" sizes, but confirm lead time if you need the 2" or the yellow finish because those move slower. The MOQ is 50 units for the smaller sizes and 20 for the 1-1/2" and up.
We offer both silver (clear) and yellow zinc plating on this ferrule. Silver is standard for most orders, but if you need yellow for corrosion resistance or color coding, just let us know.
No, each ferrule is machined for a single thread type — JIC, NPT, or BSP. You'll need to pick one per part. If you need adapters for mixed threads, we can recommend a separate solution.
Our MOQ for the 1/4" carbon steel ferrule is 500 pieces. For stainless steel, it's a bit higher at 1000 pieces due to material cost. Smaller quantities are possible but the unit price goes up.

They come in poly bags or small cartons nested together to prevent scratching, then packed into export cartons. For standard 1/4" to 2" sizes, you'll get about 1000 pieces per carton depending on the size.
