Your customer’s not just buying a bike for the weekend trail—they’re probably commuting 15 kilometers each way on mixed pavement and gravel, and they want something that’ll handle both without breaking down mid-week.
We test every batch differently than teh cheap kits you see online; we run a full 48-hour cycle test on the Bafang M300 motor and the battery management system, checking discharge curves at 3 different temperture points, and we hold a retest policy if any unit falls outside a 5% variance on range or torque output.
Shimano 10-speed shifting is consistent across the first 50 units or so we ship to you, but what really matters is the air fork lockout—we reject any fork that shows stiction above 12 Newtons in our QC, because a stuck fork kills the ride feel on a 22kg e-bike.
So we send a COA with every pallet, not just a generic one; it includes the individual motor serial number and the battery cell lot traceable back to LG’s batch, and we keep a sample unit for 90 days in case you need a retest after receiving yours.
Actually, the 48V 10.4Ah LG cell battery gives roughly 31 to 60km range depending on rider weight and assist level—we usually see 45km in real mixed use—but if your custoemr rides exclusively in max assist uphill, don’t expect that top end, it’s just physics.
Anyway, the frame warranty of 5 years is solid, but the motor and battery we cover for 2 years form our side, and we’ll replace any defective unit within 20 days or so without charging restocking—just send us the failed part and your batch number.
MOQ is 10 pieces. We can handle smaller batches for sample orders though, just talk to us.
