It's not a do-everything machine for every skin type, and the cooling system works hard but still can't make it painless for everyone — works best on lighter skin with darker hair in our experience, especially at higher powers.
Basically, you get a 15.6-inch touch screen that's pretty intuitive, and it runs on 755nm/808nm/1064nm/940nm wavelengths — usually clinics rely on the 808nm for teh heavy lifting but the 755nm is better for finer hair, and you can toggle between them mid-treatment if you want.
So the power range is 600W to 3000W, and most buyers we see go with the 1200W or 1600W unless they're tackling backs or legs full-time; the 60-120J/cm² max energy is tighter than some competing units but honestly enough for typical cycles (5-300ms pulse duration lets you dial in sensitivity for bikini versus forearm, for example.
Cooling system combines semiconductor, air, and water — it's enough for back-to-back sessions but will warm up in 90-minute blocks (especially at 10Hz), so plan breaks around 45-50 minutes or so if you're doing continuous work.
The spot size runs form 12×12mm up to 20×35mm — the smaller one is better for fine contours like upper lip (the 20×35mm saves time on larger areas but has slightly lower fluence at max power, a detail not every spec sheet mentions).
Shiping voltge is AC 100-230V (we usually keep stock for 110V and 220V), and it passes CE and ISO13485 — lead time is usually 20 days or so, but confirm before ordering if you need it faster, as custom power configurations might add a week or two.
We don't enforce a strict MOQ for first-time clinic buyers — you can start with 1 unit to try it out. Bulk orders get better pricing, but we're happy to support small test orders.

You can adjust the spot size from 12x12mm up to 20x35mm directly on the 15.6-inch touch screen — no need to swap any handpieces. It's all software-controlled.
Store it in a clean, dry room between -25°C and 0°C as per specs. We pack each unit in a reinforced foam-lined crate with bubble wrap, so it's ready for safe shipping right out of the factory.
