Needed something that could handle the full range of residential and light commercial panel builds we're doing — the SG65-63 series was the best fit for the 10KA breaking capacity requirment, and it's got the usual B, C, D trip curves we can spec per job.
Most of our clients are putting these into distribution boards for overload and short circuit protection, but it's also fine for lighting circuits and equipment protection in office towers or small factories, though I wouldn't push it for heavy industiral motor starts where inrush gets hairy.
It's rated 230/400V AC, 6A up to 63A, and you can get it in 1P, 2P, 3P, or 4P configurations — the screw terminals handle up to 25mm² cable, which is pretty standard, and IP20 protection degree means it's strictly for indoor enclosures, not outdoor panels.
We usually have stock on the 10A and 16A single-pole variants, but the 63A 4P versions typically need a 2-3 week lead time (check with the suplier on that one), and the mechanical life is rated at 10,000 operations, which is better than some cheaper options we've tested.
The flame-retardant PA66 housing is a nice touch for compliance — we've had issues with knockoffs melting under sustained overload, so the CE, CB, CCC, and ISO9001 certs actually mean something here, and the air break arc extinguishing is what you'd expect at this spec level.
Anyway, the price per unit came in about 15% lower than the comparable ABB or Schneider equivalents we were looking at, and the COA for each batch is included, so our company can skip the extra QC step for most orders — basically, it's a solid workhorse for standard DIN rail panels.

Absolutely. We offer B, C, and D curves as standard options. For special trip characteristics, we can adjust the thermal and magnetic settings, but that requires a custom order and sample testing.
We pack in standard export cartons of 12 pieces each, or you can request blister packs or boxes with your logo. Private labeling is available with a minimum of 500 pieces per pole type.
