We're going off your RFQ for quick connectors in stainless, and we've got SUS304 and SUS316 options plus aluminum alloy if weight's a factor, though most buyers stick with the 316 for chemical lines — it handles the temperature range from -20°C to 300°C better than the 304 for sustained exposure, and working pressure sits at 1.6MPa which is typical for indutrial piping.
Sizes run form 1/2'' to 8'', and we usually stock the common ones like 1/2'', 3/4'', and 1'', but for the 6'' and 8'' we'll need to check lead time (usually 20 days or so). The female adapter and male coupler are the ones we move most, but the hose shank coupler is actually easier to handle for flexible lines, and dust coupler is a niche thing — basically keeps debris out during disconnection, which matters if you're swapping lines in dirty environments.
The threaded connections are available in NPT, BSP, or BSPT, and we also do socket weld for permanent installations — just specify which thread standard on your PO. Surface treatment is just normal finish because the stainless doesn't need extra coating for most media, though we've had some buyers ask about passivation for pharmaceutical lines (we don't offer that, so you'd need to arrange post-treatment or get a different product).
Standerds are DIN, ANSI, and GB, and our company have ISO9001 and CE certs on file if your quality department needs copies. It's actually a tighter tolerance than some generic import connectors we've seen, and that matters for pressure holding at the high end of the temp range — one customer found the 304 versions from other suppliers deformed at 280°C after a week, but ours held.
Also, we'd recommend against using these for pure steam at the 300°C upper limit for extended periods, because the gaskets inside the quick connect can dry out faster — fine for intermittent steam cleaning though. For water, oil, gas, petroleum, and most chemcial fluids they're appropriate, but confirm with your fluid's compatibility data (we have teh TDS and SDS if needed).
Yes, you can mix materials in the same order. Just let us know the quantities for each material—SUS304, SUS316, or aluminum alloy—and we'll handle it. Keep in mind that mixing metals can affect corrosion resistance in certain environments.
Smaller sizes like 1/2" to 2" are usually in stock, but 8-inch connectors are typically made to order. Lead time is around 15-20 working days depending on the quantity and material.
We provide an ISO9001 and CE compliance certificate with each order. You can also request a material test report or pressure test certificate at no extra cost.
We offer both NPT and BSP threaded options. Just specify the thread type when ordering, and we'll make sure the connection matches your piping system.
For standard sizes and materials, the MOQ is 100 pieces per type. For custom specs like a non-standard thread or size, the MOQ goes up to 500 pieces.
