We've been shippng these SC65-63 MCBs for a while now, and they're pretty solid for general distribution panels and lighting circuits—basically the workhorse of the small breaker world.
Rated voltge is 230/400VAC, 50/60Hz, with a 10KA breaking capacty that handles most commercail setups just fine. Current options run from 1A up to 63A (1, 3, 6, 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63A), and you can order 1, 2, 3, or 4 poles depending on your phase needs. Mechanical life is roughly 10,000 operations, and the case is PA66 nylon—flame-retardant, so it holds up under heat.
It's not ideal for heavy motor starts unless you pick the D-curve version, but for general overload and short-circuit protection it works fine. Most buyers who need lighting protection go with the C-curve, and the IP20 rating means it's indoor use only—no outdoor panels.
CE, CB, ISO9001, and CCC certs are all in order, and compliance with IEC60898-1 and GB10963.1 is standard. One thing we've noticed is arc-extinguishing (air-based) does a decent job, but if you're pushing near 10KA regularly, you might want to check the COA for your specific batch—just to be safe.
We usually have stock on the common sizes (16A, 20A, 32A), but for 1A or 63A poles, lead time is about 20 days or so. OEM service is available too—just send us your specs, and we'll adjust the labeling or add a custom curve if needed.
MOQ is typically 100 pieces per model, but we can negotiate for mixed orders of different current ratings or pole configurations. Just send your list and we'll work out the numbers.
Yes, we include copies of CE, CB, ISO9001, and CCC certificates with every order. If you need original hard copies, just let us know in advance and we can arrange that.
The PA66 material is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, meeting standard industry requirements for MCB enclosures. It's rated V-2 or better, depending on the test conditions.
No, the 10KA breaking capacity and air arc-extinguishing are fixed for this model. If you need a higher breaking capacity or different medium, we'd recommend looking at our SC series with those specs.
Store it in a dry, clean place at temperatures between -5°C and 55°C, preferably in its original packaging to avoid dust or moisture. Avoid stacking heavy items on top to keep the PA66 case from deforming.
