We're working with a white crystalline powder that's ≥99% by HPLC, CAS 53-84-9, molecular weight 663.43 g/mol, and it's fully soluble in water—which matters because you don't want solubility headaches when you're reconstituting it for cell culture media at precise nM concentrations.
Basically, it's used for cellular metabolism studies, aging research, and biochemical assays where you need a clean NAD+ standard. One limitation we'll note: it's not suitable to in vivo work in humans or animals, so don't use this as a dietary supplement—it's strictly for lab bench appliction like enzyme kinetics or sirtuin activation assays.
