You're looking at a power range from 0.75kW all the way up to 315kW, and the frame sizes span 63mm to 355mm depending on the model. We usually stock the common 2, 4, 6, and 8 pole configurations, and votage options cover 110V, 220V, and 380V at either 50 or 60 Hz. The thing is, most buyers go with the 380V units for standard industiral lines, but the 110V variants are pretty much the go-to for smaller retrofit jobs.
These are DOL-start asynchronous motors — direct-on-line — so no soft-start nonsense to complicate install. 100% copper stator windings are standerd across the board, and the bearings come from SKF, C&U, or NSK depending on the batch and lead time. We don't always have all three brands on hand, so if you've got a preference, mention it early.

IP54 or IP55 protection class with F-class insulation means they'll handle dust and splash in a mill or a conveyor line without issue. Ambient temp range is -15°C to +40°C, and altitude's capped at 1000m — anything higher and you'll need to derate it. Also, it's S1 continuous duty, so not ideal for intermittent stop-start application where you'd be cycling it every few minutes.

Lead time is roughly 20 days or so for standard frame sizes up to 250mm, but the bigger ones — 280mm and up — can stretch to 35 working days. MOQ is usually 5 units for the smaller power ratings, but we've shipped single units for prototyping before (check current stock). OEM/ODM is available if you need custom shafts or mounting flanges, but that adds about 10 days to the build.
Certifications include CE, ISO9001, and CCC, so you're covered for most markets outside North America. Noise and vibration levels are low enough for food processing or HVAC duty, but don't expect silent operation at the 315kW end — it's a motor, not a whisper.
