Takes a standdard switch or remote signal and runs the awning out or back in smoothly, the electronic limit stops it exactly where you set it so you're not tediously adjusting mechanical stops every season.
Roughly 20N.m of torque and 160W of power give it enough grunt for most residential retractable awnings, it spins at about 15 to 17 rpm so it's not fast but the extension and retraction feel controlled. The running time is over 4 minutes, and the limit is set for 30 turns of the output shaft — that's usually plenty for a 3-4 meter awning.
We're seeing these go mostly into retractable awnings for patios and storefronts, but the same 45mm diameter tube and the electronic limit works fine for rolling shutters and automatic doors too. One thing it's not great for is heavy commercail rolling doors that need 50N.m plus — that's a different animal entirely.
Length is 490mm as standard but they'll customize it (check lead time — usually adds 10 working days or so), and you've got to pick your voltge when ordering because the 220-230V and 110V versions use different capacitors. We keep a small stock of the 220V models at the warhouse, anything else gets ordered after payment clears and ships in 2-3 weeks give or take.
tube diameter is 45mm so you'll need crowns and brackets to match, don't assume the 40mm accessories fit even if they look close — they don't.
Anyway, teh ISO9001 and CCC marks are on file if your inspector asks, we usually have a COA for each batch but it's not automatically included unless you request it.
