The YE4 series high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor represents the latest generation of premium efficiency motors designed for industrial applications. These motors feature improved structural design and advanced cooling technology to deliver superior performance in demanding environments.
With frame sizes ranging from H80-355mm, the YE4 motor series is suitable for driving various industrial equipment including compressors, ventilators, pumps, and other general purpose machinery. The motors can also be used in hazardous environments such as oil fields, chemical plants, and mining operations.
Key technical features include parallel vertical radiation ribs in the frame design and a dual-path cooling system that significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency. The rotor utilizes either squirrel-cage copper-bar or cast aluminum structure, with precision dynamic balancing for smooth operation.
The standard cooling method is IC411 with IMB3 or IMB35 mounting types. These motors operate on 50Hz (or 60Hz upon request) three-phase power supply with voltage options including 380V, 660V, 380/660V, and 660/1140V. Custom voltage specifications are available to meet specific application requirements.
YE4 motors are certified with ISO9001, CCC, and CE standards, ensuring quality and safety compliance. The series offers excellent performance characteristics including high starting torque, low noise operation, and premium energy efficiency that meets international IE4 efficiency class standards.
These motors are designed for continuous duty (S1) operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -15°C to +40°C at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters. Special configurations including different protection classes (IP54/IP55), insulation classes (F/H), and mounting arrangements can be customized to suit specific application needs.
