A plant manager we know was replacing motors across a whole production line, and he needed something that could handle continuous duty without tripping breakers or overheating, and after checking a few options he settled on these units for the main conveyors and pumps.
You're looking at a power range form 0.75KW up to 90KW, and the votage can be either 220V or 380V depending on your site setup, with frequency options of 50Hz or 60Hz, and we've got speed choices at 3000, 1500, 1000, or 750 rpm — the 1500 rpm is pretty much the sweet spot for most general indutrial use, and teh insulation class is F with IP55 protection so it's fine for dusty or damp environments.
These work well for fans, compressors, and mixers, but they're not really suited for appliction needing variable speed control unless you add a VFD separately, and one thing we've noticed is the winding type rotor handles startup loads better than some squirrel-cage designs we've dealt with before, though the direct on-line starting can cause a bit of a voltage dip on smaller circuits.
lead time is usually about 20 days or so for the common sizes, and we've got stock on the 5.5KW and 11KW models right now, but confirm before ordering.
