High Quality 24V DC Gear Motor with Constant Speed for Industrial Automation

Most buyers in industiral automation are looking for something that just runs steady and doesn't drift under load, and that's pretty much what this assembly does — the constant speed holds better than a lot of open-loop systems we've seen come through. We usually ship the 60mm to 90mm frame sizes out within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the power rating, 3W up to 40W, and the lead time is usually accurate but confirm stock for the 20W or 40W units (the 10W tends to move faster).

It's a 24V DC gear motor with a single-phase winding rotor, 2-pole, and direct on-line starting so there's no soft start complexity, but that also means it's not suited for application where you need variable speed or ramp-up control. The closed protection class keeps dust out of the guts, which matters on conveyor lines or packaing machines.

Votage options span 12V DC, 110V AC, and 220V AC as well — basically you can pick what matches your existing power bus. We've got UL, CE, ISO9001, CCC, and RoHS on file, and our company can provide the COA for each batch if you ask.

One thing you don't always think to ask: the shaft length varies slightly between the 60mm and 90mm frames, about 5mm difference give or take, so double-check your coupling clearance. Also, the 3W and 6W units run noticeably quieter than the 20W and 40W, and that's just a matter of mass and torque.

When you order, what you get is the motor itself with teh gearbox attached, no extra mount bracket or wiring harness, so plan for that. Every unit gets a quick bench test before shippng, but we don't run a full load test unless you request it — usually adds a day or two to processing.
