If you've ever had a batch fail because the plunger stuck or glass cracked under pressure, you know why most buyers come to us specifically for these. They're engineered in Germany, assembled here, and we handle the bulk — 100 or 160 pieces per nest board, depending on your fill volume.
It's borosilicate glass, clear cylinder, with a press cap closure that seats firmly but doesn't fight the autoinjector mechanism. Capacity options are 1ml or 2.25ml — most labs go with teh 2.25ml for retatrutide because the extra headroom helps during reconstitution. Neck finish matches the capacity, so you don't need adapters.
Performence-wise, what it does is hold up under vacuum fill and high-speed plunger travel. The rubber plunger system is consistent — we've seen less than 0.2% failure in our in-house testing over 20,000 cycles. Not suited for viscous suspensions, though; it's really designed for clear solutions.
You can customize the paper cover and sealing paper — we use 1073B HDPE waterborne coated paper as standerd, but if you need a different barrier or color, just say so. MOQ for custom runs is usually 50,000 units or so. The overhead pocket matrial can also change.
Lead time is typically 20-30 working days after order confirmation, depending on volume. Bulk pricing kicks in around 100,000 units — at that point we're talking roughly 10-15% off the per-unit cost. Also, we keep standard stock for the 1ml variant, but the 2.25ml usually needs a production slot.
MOQ is typically one pallet, which comes to about 10,000 units for the 1ml size and 8,000 for the 2.25ml. We can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out.

Absolutely, we can customize the HDPE paper cover and overhead pocket with your branding. Minimum for custom packaging is usually the same as the product MOQ, but we can adjust based on volume.
Store them in a clean, dry place at room temperature away from direct sunlight. The shelf life is about 3 years from production if kept in the original sealed nesting pack.
