We typically keep the most common sizes like the 26741-04-04 in stock — lead time is usually 2-3 weeks for custom orders, but confirm before committing to a large batch, especially when you need the nickel or Cr6-free zinc finish.
The 45-degree JIC female with the 74-degree cone seat seal (it's basically a one-piece design, part 26741) works fine in hydraulic lines up to moderate pressures, but don't push it past 4000 psi continuous — that's just a fact, not a sales spin, and the 1SN or 2SN hose compatibilty is what you'd expect.
You'll want to specify the material upfront because carbon steel with yellow zinc is cheaper but less corrosion-resistant than stainles or brass, and teh plating thickness varies slightly between batches (check the COA for ppm levels on nickel).
Most buyers go with black zinc for mining appliction since it holds up better in abrasive environments, and the T-shaped head makes wrenching easier in tight spots — something only someone who's actually installed these would know.
26741-04-04, 26741-06-06, and the -08 sizes are what we move most, but we can do the 1-1/16" or 1-5/16" thread pitches if you need them, though that's a longer run time of 20 days or so.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per size, but we can negotiate lower quantities for trial orders or if you're stocking multiple sizes. Just reach out with your target volume.

Yes, we can supply mill test certificates for the raw materials and a certificate of conformity for the plating thickness and salt spray test. Just request them when placing your order.
Absolutely. We offer Cr6-free zinc as a standard option, along with black zinc, yellow zinc, and nickel. Just specify the finish you need, and we'll adjust the order accordingly.
They come in plastic bags inside sturdy cartons, with each size separated. For larger bulk orders, we can also use pallets and shrink wrap to keep everything secure.
