We keep a pretty good stock of the 2500W model ready to go for metal fabricators, so lead time is usually 7 to 10 days on that one if you're ordering within the US, but the 4000W unit may take 2-3 weeks since it's less common and we don't hold as many on the shelf—the larger machines need their own dedicated pallet and we ship them via freight, not UPS.

10,500 watts of power consumption sounds like a lot if you're on a standard 220V outlet, and the 2500W model pulls about 3,800 watts at full tilt, so basically you need a 20-amp breaker minimum, but we've had shops running it on single phase 220V without issue as long as the circuit isn't shared with heavy equipment—the operating temp range of -20°C to 60°C is wider than most competitors offer, which matters if your shop isn't climate-controlled.
If you plan to do high-volume run of stainlss steel brackets where you need consistent penetration, pulse welding mode gives better control than continuous—spot welding mode is actually the one most buyers go for when they're tacking up prototype parts or doing the occasional repair job on automotive panels.
integrated armored cable on the torch is about 10 meters long give or take, which is usually enough to reach around a medium-sized welding table, but what the spec sheet doesn't tell you is that teh cable is surprisingly flexible for its thickness, so you're not fighting a stiff hose when you're working on a tight corner.
Every machine ships with a standdard one-year warranty, though we've seen these welders run problem-free for three years or more in light-duty shops—COA is included with the unit, and our company can provide the HPLC purity data on request if that's something your QC department asks for.
