It handles 30 to 65 GSM nonwoven fabric at widths between 1000 and 1550mm, and the total power draw is about 26kW for teh body unit plus 7kW for the sleeve section — the sewing module only pulls 0.5kW, which is pretty efficient for what it does.

You're looking at roughly 5000kg for the main body frame and 2250kg for the sleeve unit, both alumnum alloy construction, so the footprint is around 16 meters by 2.1 meters — you'll need a decent floor plan.

Most buyers in this space go with the 50-65 GSM range for surgical gowns anyway, but it's not suited for heavyweight laminated fabrics above 70 GSM — the welding parameters just don't hold.
