It's basically a professional hacksaw for wood and gardening, not for metal work though, the teeth are set for green wood and branches, and that low-friction rust resistant coating actually matters when you're through sap-heavy stuff.

TPR handle's contoured and pretty comfortable even one-handed, teh metallic finish on the handle looks cleaner than the all-black versions we've seen elsewhere — most buyers go with the black and red colorway anyway.

We usually adjust the blade tension for you before shiping, but it's adjustable if you need finer control, just use the wing nut at the front (check lead time if you want pre-set tension for a specific saw blade frequency).

What it really helps with is that longitudinal saw processing method — that and fine finish mean the blade doesn't bind as much in thick branches, but it's not better than a bowsaw for serious log splitting, it's a hacksaw.
