A fabricator repairing a stainlss steel exhaust system on a truck can finish the job in a fraction of the time it takes with a TIG torch, with better penetration and less cleanup.
We carry three power levels—1500W, 2000W, and 3000W—and teh 1500W model handles stainless up to 6mm, while the 3000W pushes that to about 10mm, though aluminun tops out around 8mm with the big unit.
Fiber length is either 10 or 15 meters, and the core diameter is 50 microns, so you're not fighting with a stiff cable around tight corners; welding head is a SUP20S with a QBH output interface.
It's water-cooled, runs on AC220V or AC380V depending on the model, and weighs between 240 and 280 kilos—so you'll want a cart or a hoist to move it around the shop.
The auto wire feeder is integrated, which basically means you set the feed rate and focus on the joint instead of juggling filler rod by hand, and the red light pointer helps you see where you're aiming.
Warranty is two years, and we usually have stock on the 1500W and 2000W models, but the 3000W can take 20 days or so to ship—confirm lead time before ordering.
On the GS-HW3000, aluminum welding thickness goes from 4mm to 8mm. The lower power models handle thinner aluminum—2-3mm on the 1500W and 3-4mm on the 2000W.
We only stock the 10m and 15m fiber lengths for this series. If you need something custom, we can check feasibility, but standard lengths cover most handheld welding setups.
Each unit ships with CE and FDA compliance certifications, plus a test report for the specific laser source. We can also provide a material certificate for the fiber if your buyer requires it.
For the GS-HW2000 with a 15m fiber, lead time is usually 15-20 working days from payment. If you need it faster, let us know—we might have stock on the 10m version.
The GS-HW1500 needs single-phase AC220V, but the 2000W and 3000W models require 3-phase power—AC380V specifically. Running them on single-phase would risk tripping or damaging the internal power supply.
