Most buyers doing regular go with the mid-tier pricing because the savings add up fast without committing to a full container load.
It's a balanced pressure design — basically the gas mixing happens inside the head itself rather than relying on injector action, which gives you a more stable flame across different fuel types. Teh die-forged brass head and stainless steel tubes (490mm overall) handle LPG, propane, or acetylene without issue, and push-type valve gives you that instant on-off response that experienced operators prefer.
capacity is 3-150mm with the right nozzle, and you can use PNME/ANME, PNM/ANM, 106HC, or 102HC tips depending on what you're running. We've found the 106HC series works better than most for thicker plate because the preheat holes are larger. One thing to note — this isn't really suited for underwater, the balanced pressure design doesn't like back pressure that way.
What it does is accept full OEM/ODM customization on the branding, packaging, and even minor spec tweaks like hose connection orientation or valve spring tension. MOQ for custom stuff is usually 200 pieces, and our company can have GS, CE, or ISO9001 certs on the batch — just confirm which markets you're shiping to so we get the right documentation.
Lead time on standard orders is about 20 days or so form order confirmation, and we ship via sea freight unless you're in a hurry (then DHL or FedEx works but you'll pay the premium). The 3-month manufacturing defects but not wear from heavy use or incompatible gas mixes — we've seen that happen when someone runs MAPP gas through it without checking the seals first.
Also, the G3/8" hose connection is pretty standard across Europe and Asia, but if you're in a market that uses BSP or NPT threads just let us know and we'll swap the fittings before shipping. It's a small detail that saves a lot of headaches at the job site.
We don't have a fixed MOQ listed on the spec sheet, but for custom OEM orders we typically ask for at least 100 pieces to start. If you need a smaller trial batch, just let us know your exact quantity and we'll see what we can do.
Lead time usually runs 15-20 working days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on the customization complexity. For standard models without modifications, we can ship within 10 days.
Yes, we include all three certifications—GS, CE, and ISO9001—with every batch. We'll send you digital copies in advance and include physical certificates inside the shipping carton.
It works with LPG, propane, and acetylene, but you'll need to swap nozzles depending on the gas. The torch is compatible with PNME/ANME for low-pressure gases and PNM/ANM or 106HC/102HC for acetylene. Just pick the right nozzle for your gas.
Each torch is packed individually in a blister card or polybag, then boxed in export-grade cartons with foam inserts to prevent damage. If you want custom branding on the packaging, we can do that as part of the OEM service.
