We've been shippng these out to fabricators who need something that can actually take a beating day in and day out, and what really stands out is the forged brass body with those stainless steel tubes that just don't quit.
It runs on oxygen and acetylene or oxygen and propane depending on what you've got hooked up, and the EN ISO 5172 compliance means it's been tested properly—100% leak tested along with flame and function testing at our end, and the CE mark is there too.
The stainless steel needle valves give you decent sealing regardless of what angle you're working at, and that 90° head makes tight spots a little less awkward to deal with. Most buyers go with the ANME or PNM nozzles for everyday, though capacty up to about 250mm or so depends heavily on which nozzle you pick.
Every torch ships with individual function testing already done, so basically what you get is a ready-to-go unit (check lead time if you need something custom on teh thread size). We're seeing roughly 45 units in stock usually, but confirm lead time for larger quantities.
One thing to keep in mind though—this isn't really suited for light-duty or hobby use, which sounds obvious but some guys try to force it into jobs where a smaller torch would be easier to handle, and the weight difference is noticeable after a few hours.
Anyway, if you're looking at getting set up, our company can handle the m16*1.5 or 9/16''-18 thread options, and usual MOQ is just a single unit so you're not stuck buying a dozen at once.
It works with both oxygen-acetylene and oxygen-propane right out of the box. Just swap the nozzle to an ANME or PNME type depending on your gas mix, and you're good to go.
Up to 250mm max, but that depends on the nozzle. Typically, PNME nozzles give you a cleaner cut on thicker steel, while ANM is better for general heavy-duty work. Check the nozzle rating for exact specs.
Yes, every torch ships with CE certification paperwork and passes EN ISO 5172 compliance tests. We also include individual test reports from the 100% leak and flame tests we run.
Standard threads are 9/16''-18 and M16*1.5. We don't offer custom threading on this model, but adapters are widely available if your hoses use a different size.
MOQ is 10 pieces for stock items. Lead time is around 15-20 working days for orders up to 100 units, depending on current production load.
