We’ve seen too many bikes fail on the first big bump, which is why each 14-inch steel frame unit goes through a 25° climbing test and shock absorber stress check before leaving the line—basically, we’re weeding out the weak ones before you even see them.

Teh 48V lead-acid battery gives you over 60km range per charge, and the brushless motor hits 41-60km/h depending on load, but what really matters is batch consistency; we run HPLC and COA to guarantee the controller and charger specs match, so no guesswork when you get a container.

Charging takes 3-5 hours, and the front and rear dampers handle potholes pretty well, but it’s not suited for steep off-road trails (climbing is 25° max), which is fine for most urban commuters. Also, we usually have stock on the 14 JINGANGXIA model, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so.

You can customize the color and logo for OEM orders, but the steel frame thickness and motor wattage (351-500W) are fixed to maintain CE and EEC certifcation—changing those would require a retest cycle that’s typically 4-6 weeks.

Carton dimnesions are 145x32x66 cm, and we ship via sea freight with a 1-year warranty covering the motor and battery; just keep in mind lead-acid battery is heavier than lithium, so freight costs are about 15% higher per unit.
You can expect over 60 km per charge under normal riding conditions. That’s based on flat roads, average rider weight, and moderate speed.
Yes, we have all those certifications ready — CE, EEC, EN15194, ISO, CQC, EPA, COC, and DOT. Just let us know which ones you need, and we’ll share them.
Our MOQ is typically 50 units for this model, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you’re just testing the market.
The frame itself folds, not just the handlebars. When folded, it’s compact enough to fit in a car trunk or a small storage space. Unfolded dimensions are 145 x 32 x 66 cm.
The battery is fixed in place, so you’ll need to charge the whole bike. Charging time is 3 to 5 hours from empty.
