If you’re sourcing for a pet supply chain that needs something dogs actually gnaw on for more than a week, these TPR rubber caterpillars hold up — we’ve seen them survive the heavy chewers in test runs, and the 145g weight gives them enough heft to not get tossed aside after five minutes.
50*170mm is the overall length, and the matrial is a TPR blend that’s got a Shore hardness around 60A or so (we usually don’t publish that, but ask if you need it), with the ridges molded in to catch plaque — basically, it’s denser than most squeaky toys and passes basic drop tests form a meter height without cracking.
Pink, blue, green are the standard colors, but if you order by the container our company can do custom Pantone matches — just note that the logo printing (silk-screened or pad-printed) sits better on teh top smooth section, and the textured belly area tends to wear the print faster, so you’ll want the logo on back where the teeth don’t hit as much.
The OPP bag or box is your call — we ship 1,000 pieces per carton (55*43*44cm) as the MOQ, and the T/T payment terms are pretty standard once we confirm stock, which we usually have but check lead times in Q4 when demand spikes.
Not ideal for aggressive dogs under 10kg — the 170mm length is a bit long for a chihuahua, and the TPR is too firm for puppies teething, so you’re better off with softer nylon for that crowd.

Each toy comes in a transparent OPP bag or box, then packed in cartons. The carton size is 55*43*44cm, and we can add your logo on the packaging if needed.
