So a patient would dial that little window on the side to either 0, 0.25mg, or 0.5mg depending on their weekly dose—basically twist until it clicks into place, press the cap, and the pen delivers exactly that amount of GLP-1 peptide or insulin form the 3ml reservoir inside.
We've been supplying these HL100S-D pens for a while now, and what it does is give you three fixed dose settings on a disposable plastic body that's about 173mm long and just under 20mm wide, with a press cap closure and customiezd scale lines if your formulation needs them.
CE and FDA 510K cleared, which covers the usual regulatory boxes, and we've run teh FTO review in both China and the US with no patent issues—pretty much standard for anyone handling semaglutide, liraglutide, or tirzepatide in this format.
Lead time is roughly 30 days or so for a first order, but once we've got your tooling sorted for appearance or dosage markings, our company can turn around repeat batches in 20 days give or take—also, we can do custom color options if that matters for your branding.
It's not really suited for high-volume continuous delivrey obviously—that's what pump systems handle—but for once-weekly injection regimens most buyers find the ergonomics easier than a vial and syringe, and the 0.25mg setting is especially useful for titration starting doses.
Just keep in mind MOQ is usually around 5,000 units for custom scale lines, though we can do smaller runs with standerd markings if you're prototyping—anyway, we'll send the COA and a sample for you to test fitment with your fill equipment before committing to a full production order.
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 units, but we can work with smaller trial orders around 1,000–2,000 pieces if you're just starting out.

Each pen is individually blister-packed, then boxed in bulk. They're stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and the shelf life is 3 years from manufacturing.
