That 3J impact energy is actually pretty good for an 800W unit—it'll punch through rebar-reinforced concrete up to 26mm without bogging down, which is better than most hammer drills in this class.
The brushless motor is the real story here, since it means you get full torque at low rpm without the carbon dust mess, and it basically extends tool life by a noticeable margin—we've had customers running these daily for six months with zero issues, though the included carbon brush set is a nice backup anyway.
You'll want teh 13mm quick change chuck for wood or steel work, but the SDS-plus is what you'll use for concrete—just be aware the 6kg weight (tool only) means it's not a one-handed job for overhead drilling, and the 45×37×31cm packaged dimensoins make it a tight fit for small job boxes.
Lead time is usually 2-3 weeks form order, but we do have about 50 units in stock at the moment—MOQ is 10 units for the standdard 240V version, and CE/GS/EMC/ROHS certs are all current, so you're good for EU compliance.
