We've got these in stainless, carbon steel, or brass with a zinc plate that actually holds up better than most in corrosive environments, and the round head male thread means you don't need a special tool to seat it properly.
They're ISO 7241-A compliant, but we also run them to DIN, GB, JIS, and Eaton/Parker specs—basically whatever your system calls for, and the pressure rating is high enough for most indutrial hydraulic loops, though we usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need over 500 units or so.
Size range runs form DN6.3 to DN20, so you're covered for everything from small mobile equiment to bigger stationary rigs, and the double ball valve is what it does—it's a dead stop for leakage during connect and disconnect, which is pretty much the whole point.
1000-piece MOQ on custom thread sizes, but standard male threads (BSPP, NPT, etc.) we can ship in about 20 days or so—don't use these for high-viscosity fluids like heavy crude though, the ball valve mechanism can get sluggish.
We've got ISO, MSHA, and NQA ISO/TS16949 certs, so if your QA guy wants a COA, that's not a problem—the zinc coating is actually tougher than it looks, and we've seen these last 3-4 years in a foundry with constant dust exposure.
The series is rated as high-pressure grade, but the exact PSI varies by size. Typically, smaller diameters like DN6.3 handle higher pressures—up to 630 bar—while DN20 maxes out around 315 bar. Check the spec sheet for your exact size.

For brass couplings, the MOQ is 500 pieces per size. If you need less, we can sometimes split a standard production run, but lead time may increase.
Keep them in a dry, indoor area with stable temperature—ideally below 50°C. Zinc plating resists light moisture, but avoid direct contact with water or chemicals. Unopened packaging keeps them good for at least a year.
