Mechanical life runs 8500 operations while electrcial life is 1500, and honestly those numbers are conservative—we've tested batches that hold up longer but won't guarantee it. The insulating material is DMC with a flame retardant rating, though non-retardant is avaliable if your enclosure handles heat differently. And color options include white, bright grey, dark grey, or black, but most buyers go with the dark grey—it hides scuffs better in a live panel.
The contact material uses high-grade steel, brass, and copper internally, which gives it tighter tolerance than generic breakers when handling overcurrent or short circuit events that hit the arc-extinguishing air chamber. 25KA means it can take a repetitive hit better than reagent gear, but it's not suited for DC rail use—AC400V only. Overcurrent protection ties into the circuit-breaker failure and overvoltage trips through a manual operating mechanism.
