Our portable diesel screw air compressors are designed for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. The gas control system features simple and reliable operation with automatic adjustment from 0-100% inlet rate based on gas consumption, automatically adjusting engine throttle to optimize diesel fuel efficiency.

The microcomputer intelligent control system monitors key operating parameters including air compressor discharge pressure, exhaust gas temperature, engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature and fuel tank level. The system provides automatic alarm and shutdown protection for safe operation.

For operation in challenging environments, our compressors feature multi-stage air filtration and large oil-water coolers. This design makes them suitable for dusty work environments as well as high temperature and high altitude conditions.

Maintenance is simplified with strategically placed components that remain accessible for service. The portable design includes lifting rings for safe transportation and movement across rough terrain.
