CE Certified Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig with Dual Drilling Modes - Air/Mud System

Our horizontal directional drilling rig is engineered for efficient underground pipe installation with minimal surface disruption. The system features two auxiliary drilling modes to adapt to various ground conditions: compressed air soil discharge (when equipped with pneumatic hammer) and mud-based soil discharge (when using mud system).

The machine consists of two main components: the rig and power pack. The rig integrates all operational units including traveling tracks, boom, stabilizers, clamps, and rotary head, all controlled via a centralized console. The power pack provides the necessary energy through its diesel engine, hydraulic systems, and cooling components, connected to the rig via hydraulic pipes and control cables.

With a maximum bore length of 300m (depending on pipe material and ground conditions) and bore diameter up to φ800mm, this rig handles demanding underground installation projects. The 112kW diesel engine delivers reliable power, while the 250kN pullback force ensures efficient operation in challenging conditions.

The equipment comes with comprehensive safety features and meets CE and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring quality and reliability for professional trenchless construction applications. Optional accessories including various diameter backreamers (φ220-φ800) allow customization for specific project requirements.
