Every batch gets tested before we ship it out, actually, and we hold to that regardless of size or color — the COA form our in-house lab covers HPLC purity on PP cotton fill and suface dye fastness, though we usually have a retest policy if you're not satisfied with teh numbers.
We've run these through full EN71 and ASTM testing, so thread tensile strength and small parts pulling force are pretty much in spec from 20cm to 80cm, but one thing is the 5cm or smaller monkey eyes: they're safety-locked into the plush, not glued, which is better than some generic suppliers for toddler-level grab testing.
It's machine washable at 30°C, we recommend that for regular cleaning, though the polyester shell might pill slightly after aggressive washes — most buyers go with the 40cm size for nursery decor and they don't see that issue.
What it does is vary consistency across custom colors like pink vs brown, since the dye batch can shift slightly between runs, so if you're after a specific Pantone match for your logo embroidery you'll want to request a pre-production sample which about 3 out of 4 clients do anyway.
Not a dedicated fit for teething infants given the polyester pile length and filling density, but for 3+ years it handles pretty well, and the CE cerification covers that age range explicitly in the documentation.
For a 20cm monkey, the MOQ is 200 pieces. Larger sizes like 80cm start at 2000 pieces.

Production takes 4-6 weeks after you confirm the design and deposit. That includes sample approval and making the full batch.
