Someone's pulling up to a job site with a muddy pickup, and instead of hunting for a hose hookup they just grab this form the trunk—it's about 1.5kg, so you're not wrestling with it, and the 30×25×13cm box fits in most car boots easily. We've been moving these out for a few months now, and teh 24V lithium battery gives you 45 to 60 minutes of continuous spray, which is usually enough for a full sedan or a couple of bikes.
It basically runs at 30Bar pressure with a fan-shaped nozzle, so the water comes out in wide sheet rather than a jet—good for rinsing soap off without digging into clear coat. The power draw stays under 1000W, which is pretty efficient for what it does, and flow rate sits at about 5 to 6 litres per minute. You'll need a standerd garden hose to connect it, but there's no cord to trip over, and the IPX4 rating means splashes won't kill it mid-use.
Charging takes 3 to 4 hours from empty, and we usually stock the 1.5Ah or 2.0Ah packs depending on the batch—check lead time if you need a specific one. The metal and plastic body holds up fine for occasional use, but don't expect it to survive a drop from a ladder or anything; it's not built for heavy commercial abuse.
Also, the operating range is 0°C to 40°C, so it's fine for most outdoor washing, but storage below -10°C might shorten battery life—keep it inside during winter. One thing buyers don't always ask about: the fan nozzle is fixed, so you can't switch to a pinpoint stream for stubborn grime, which is a limitation for some detailers.
Anyway, the MOQ is typically 50 units or so, and we include the spray gun, one nozzle, the battery, and a charger in the box. CE cert is on file, and the warranty runs one year from delivrey—though we've had a few returns on early batches due to charger pin mismatches, so confirm the plug type before ordering.
30Bar is about 435 PSI — enough to blast mud off tires and rinse suds from paint, but not strong enough to damage clear coat. It’s ideal for regular car washing, not heavy-duty industrial use.
It connects directly to any standard garden hose — no special adapter needed. Just screw it on and you’re good to go.
You’ll get 45 to 60 minutes of continuous use depending on how hard you press the trigger. That’s enough for a full car wash plus the wheels.
