We've been seeing inconsistent quailty from our current cotton blend supplier — breakage rates are up and the colorfastness is all over teh place, so I ordered this recycled cotton polyester blend yarn as a replacement.
Ne5S to Ne32S range covers what we need for both heavier blankets and finer glove knits, avaliable in 70/30, 65/35, 50/50, 40/60, or 35/65 blends depending on your batch; the open-end carded technics give it that consistent strength for hammocks and towels (usually 2-4 weeks lead time).
It's breathable but not as soft as virgin cotton — we'll use this for mops, socks, and industrial towels where durability beats hand feel, and GRS and carbon footprint certifications keep compliance simple.
Custom colors run about 200+ options, but we're sticking with standard whites and greys for now; most buyers go with the 50/50 blend for general use since it balances recycled content with tensile strength.
25kg PP woven bags, 8 high cones per bale, and annual capasity is around 10,000-15,000 tons so they can handle volume, though MOQ is typically 500kg or so — definitely confirm stock before committing to a large order.
That said, it's not suited for high-end apparel or anything requiring a soft drape — the recycled fibers give it a slightly rougher hand, but for our workshop application that's actually a bonus for grip and wear resistnce.
MOQ depends on the ratio and yarn count you need. For standard 70/30 blends in common counts like Ne10S, we can do 500 kg per color. For less common ratios like 35/65 or finer counts above Ne20S, expect MOQ around 1,000 kg. We can always discuss smaller trial runs.
For standard colors and counts in stock, lead time is about 2–3 weeks. If you need a custom shade or non-standard yarn count, add another 1–2 weeks for production. We ship out of our mill once the full order is ready.
Yes, we can issue a GRS certificate of compliance and a carbon footprint report for every lot. Just let your account manager know upfront, and we'll include the docs with the packing list. No extra charge.
Absolutely. We'll send you a physical color ring with all our standard shades. Just cover the shipping cost, and we'll get it out within a week. That way you can match exactly before committing to large quantities.
Standard is 25 kg PP woven bags with 8 high cones per bale, but for smaller orders we can do 5 kg or 10 kg cartons. The cones stay protected, and we can label them with your specs. Minimum for non-bale packaging is usually 200 kg.
