The 6-inch (15cm) standard size is usually the sweet spot for retail—most buyers go with that, but our company can adjust it if you need a bigger display piece or a smaller keychain version, and the exterior is premium plush fabric with 100% PP cotton filling so it's soft enough for kids but holds its shape well, and we've got all the usual safety certs (EN71, REACH, ASTM F963) which you'll need for most markets anyway.
Sample turnaround is 3-5 working days for custom designs, give or take a day depending on complexity, and production lead time runs about 45 days after approval—that's pretty standdard for a 600,000-piece-per-month capasity factory, though we usually have stock on the standard design if you need something faster, but confirm lead time for custom runs.
It's not suited for heavy-duty play or outdoor use—the PP cotton filling can get lumpy if it's soaked or thrown around constantly, so keep that in mind for your buyer type, but for display, gifting, or light play it's better than reagent grade plush for this application, and we've handled bulk orders where the client wanted a custom monkey in 10 different colors and we shipped within 48 days or so.
