We've ordered the HF-108Plus, and the main reason is the triple wavelength setup—1064nm, 940nm, and 808nm—which gives us flexibility for different skin types without swapping heads, and that 1200W output is pretty much what the clinics our company supply are asking for, with the 10" touch screen making it easier for operators to adjust settings on the fly.
The sapphire contact cooling is actually a big deal for comfort, especially during longer sessions, and the spot size is 12x10mm which speeds up treatment time compared to smaller tips we've seen from other units, but the 1-10Hz repetition rate and 10-300ms pulse width give enough control for finer work, so it's not just a brute-force machine.
For procurement, we're looking at CE, FDA, and ISO13485 certs, which means the suppiler has decent documentation—COAs and TDS should be straightforward, and we usually get those within a week of the order, but confirm lead time since they sometimes run 20 days or so depending on stock levels, and the 1-year the laser module and cooling system, though the sapphire tip is a consumable (check replacement cost separately).
Payment terms are typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, which is standard for this type of equipment, and they accept wire transfer or letter of credit, but we've negotiated net 60 for repeat orders, and shiping is via air freight or sea freight depending on urgency—air is faster but adds about 15% to the cost, and the unit dimensions are 490x430x1115mm, so it fits on a standard pallet.
One thing to note: this isn't really suited for very small treatment areas like eyebrows or upper lip without a smaller spot tip (which isn't included), so if your clients want that, you'll need to buy the adapter separately—most buyers go with the larger spot for legs and backs anyway, and the energy density range of 3-100J/cm² covers both fast and normal modes, which is handy for varying hair thicknesses.
Anyway, the supplier has been relaible for the past two years on similar diode systems, and the MOQ is one unit for now, but we've seen better pricing at 5 units or so, and the packaing includes foam inserts and a hard case, so damage in transit is minimal—just make sure the freight forwarder handles it as fragile.

The 808nm targets melanin for hair reduction, 940nm is absorbed by water to treat vascular lesions, and 1064nm penetrates deeper for painless hair removal on darker skin. Combined, they cover more skin types and treatment needs.
Store it in a clean, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the sapphire tip covered to avoid dust.
