The minky fabric gives it a softness that holds up well to constant handling, and at roughly 500 pieces for an MOQ we can adjust the size down to about 20 centimeters or up to 35 if you need something more substantial for stage work, and color matching is usually within 2-3 rounds of lab dips so we get the shade right for your brand—the custom embroidery for logos works best on the belly or back since the head area is too contoured for clean stitching.
25 to 35 days for production on orders under 3,000 units, but you'll want to factor in the 5-8 working days for sample approval first, and we do offer both individual polybag and bulk packing options depending on whether you're selling retail or distributing to schools, though bulk packing saves about 15% on shippng weight and the carton dimnesions are 68 by 45 by 56 centimeters which fits standdard pallet configurations.
CE and EN71 and ASTM and CPSIA certifications are all current, and we send a COA with every shipment that covers the heavy metal and phthalate tests so you have documentation for customs clearance, but teh fabric can show slight color variation between dye lots if you reorder after a long gap—most buyers don't notice but it's a real thing with minky.
Payment terms are typically 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, and we can do T/T or L/C at sight, and lead time starts counting once we have the deposit confirmed and the sample approved, which usually takes 2-3 business days for the bank to clear.
Sample development takes 5-8 working days, and we typically charge a sample fee that's refundable with bulk orders. We'll make sure the prototype matches your specs before moving to production.

You can choose individual polybag packing or bulk packing. Bulk packing typically reduces shipping costs since it takes up less volume, but individual polybags are better for retail display. We'll help you decide based on your target market.
