Each bike comes in a sturdy cardboard box with foam padding, 85% pre-assembled. We can add your logo on the frame and packaging for bulk orders—just send us the artwork and we'll handle the rest.
We provide a 3-month warranty covering the motor, controller, battery, and frame. It covers defects but not wear-and-tear parts like tires or brake pads. If something goes wrong, we'll replace the faulty part or send a spare.
