It does roughly 80 to 120 packs per minute depending on the belt speed you set, which is adjustable from 15 to 30 meters per minute, and the weighing section is 300mm by 150mm, so keep the product dimnesions under that.
The 10.1-inch color touch screen makes it pretty easy to change settings on the fly—language can be switched between Chinese and English, anyway, and our company can customize it for other languages if you need.
Basically sorting accuracy is ±0.2g to ±1g, and we usually tell buyers that the tighter tolerance only works if your product is stable on the belt and not bouncing around.

The JD-520 has a minimum scale of 0.07g, so it can measure items as light as 1g within its weighing range of 1-200g, with sorting accuracy down to ±0.2g.

Standard lead time is around 15-20 working days. If you need a custom belt height, add about 3-5 days for adjustment, depending on current production load.
The machine has two output channels—typically one for pass and one for reject. You can set weight thresholds so that underweight or overweight items are automatically diverted to the reject lane.
We pack it in a plywood crate with foam cushioning. The crate dimensions are roughly 1800mm x 800mm x 1500mm. Shipping is via sea or air, and we can arrange door-to-door delivery.
