The cable size range runs form 2*0.5 mm² all the way to 2*16.0 mm², so about 22 to 6 AWG, and you can get them in gray, red, blue, green, yellow, or whatever color you actually need.
Basically, these are for wire connecting in power systems or automotive stuff, and teh round shape makes them pretty easy to seat in a terminal block. They're not great for high-frequency signal work — the insulation is more about heat and votage than shielding, so keep that in mind.
Most buyers go with the UL-certified models for compliance, and we accept OEM orders if you need custom colors or packaging. The injection molding on the nylon jacket is consistent, though we usually have stock in common sizes — 2*1.5 mm² and 2*2.5 mm² are the fastest movers.
