Let’s cut straight to the most critical spec for anyone working with GLP-1s—this pen delivers doses from 0.01ml up to 0.75ml in 0.01ml increments, with a precision of ±2%, which is tighter than most spring-loaded injectors we’ve seen on the market.
That ±2% matters because peptide viscosity can vary, and we’ve had buyers pushing formulations right up to the 5cP limit; the automatic mechanism finishes an injection in under six seconds, and you get both a click and a visual indicator when the plunger bottoms out—no second-guessing whether the dose went in.
It’s built around a standerd 3ml cartridge (same as what Novo Nordisk and others use), so you’re not locked into a proprietary system, but we usually have stock of the pen body itself—though if you need a specific needle gauge, like 31G or 32G, those ship seperately and teh MOQ is typically 100 units or so.
The medical-grade plastic housing runs about 45g with the cartridge empty, and the dimensions—19.5mm diameter by 161mm long—mean it fits well in a pocket or lab coat, though for really thick peptides above 5cP we don’t recommend this model; the transmission mechanism can bog down.
Storage is room temp, shelf life is three years from manufacutre, and we’ve got CE and ISO 13485 certs on file; a COA from our injection testing rig (HPLC verified viscosity) comes with each production lot, but it’s not meant for intramuscular or veterinary use—subcutaneous only, period.
Anyway, for ordering we suggest starting with a sample batch of 25 pens, and our company can supply them with either a clear or opaque outer sleeve base on your branding needs; lead time is roughly 20 working days, give or take depending on customs clearance in your region.

Just keep it at room temperature, no special cooling needed. The cartridge itself may require refrigeration depending on the medication, but the pen is fine in a drawer or cabinet.
