Sample turnaround is 5-7 working days, give or take a day if we're backed up, and the production lead time runs 40-60 days depending on how many color variants you throw in.
For packging, we usually go with polybags unless you want a color box or display box, and the REACH cerification covers the dyes used on the fleece—something importers in Europe tend to ask about.
Most buyers stick with sitting pose for shelf displays, but the standing one works better if you're planning to hang them on pegs at retail.
