Most facilities we see are still using fixed-height shower stretchers that force caregivers to hunch over or strain their backs—this one adjusts from 540mm up to 740mm with a simple pedal, so you set the working height for teh task. It's built with a PP base and 304 stainles frame, which handles daily wet-downs and bleach wipes without rust spots showing up after a few months.
The tilt goes from flat to about 12° in reverse Trendelenburg, and it locks at whatever angle you set—no drifting mid-procedure. Static load is rated at 400kg, but honestly the load (175kg) is what matters for regular transfers, and we've tested it with patients in that range without flex or wobble. Dual-drainage runs through a flexible hose, so water doesn't pool or spill onto the floor.
Wheels are two brake castors and two straight-steering castors, which means it tracks straight when you push it down a hallway but pivots tight in a bathroom. One thing you wouldn't think to ask: the pedal mechanism is hydraulic, not a screw jack, so it raises and lowers smoothly even under load—no jerky stops. We usually have these in stock, but confirm lead time if you need more than 10 units.
It's not ideal for bariatric patients over 175kg during active use, though the static rating handles storage or positioning. The side column makes lateral transfers easier than a center-post design, especially with a slide board. Every unit ships with a CE and ISO13485 cert—basically, the paperwork you need for audits is included.
Packging is a single crate, roughly 2000x750x850mm, and we ship via freight with standard 20-day lead time or so. MOQ is 1 unit, but pricing drops noticeably at 5 or more. our company can do custom colors on PP body (usually 2-4 weeks) if you're branding for a facility chain.
