Runs on standerd 220V single phase, so you don't need special wiring—just plug it in and set the winding pitch anywhere form 50 to 200mm depending on your bundle size. It'll do about one tie per second with a metal-core plastic-skin cable tie, and the binding diameter range is 10 to 30mm, which covers most common cable bundles we see in production. The PLC control system lets you adjust winding loops (usually 2 to 8 per second) and coil counts through either a button panel with LCD or a touch screen, depending on which option you pick.
Guys running medium-volume wire harness lines or cable assembly shops are the typical buyers, and they pretty much all set it for three winding circles as a starting point. It's not great for fully automated high-speed lines—this is semi-automatic, so an operator loads and unloads each bundle manually, but the fault alarm and fuse protection mean you can walk away for a minute without worrying.
We ship these in a single crate about 700 by 550 by 400mm, and the machine itself weighs 45 kg, so you'll want a pallet jack or two people to move it into position. Lead time is usually 20 days or so, but check when you order—we've had batches move faster when stock is already built.
The winding shapes are either circle or figure-8, and you can swap between cable tie lengths of 80-140mm or 110-190mm by changing the tie cartridge, which takes maybe 10 minutes once you've done it a couple times. One thing nobody mentions is that the tie tension is adjustable on the PLC menu, but factory default is set for medium bundles—if you're doing really soft cables, you'll want to dial it back to avoid crushing the insulation.
Bulk orders get a discount, but the MOQ for that price break is typically 10 units or so, and our company can include a spare tie cartridge in the crate if you ask. The COA covers the machine's electricla safety check, not the cable ties themselves—those you source seprately, and we usually recommend getting a few thousand extra ties with your first order to dial in teh settings.

You pick one length range when ordering—either 80-140mm or 110-190mm. The machine comes configured for that range, but we can swap components later if your needs change.
For a standard bulk order of 10-50 units, lead time is around 15-20 working days. Larger orders or custom specs might add a few extra days, but we'll confirm during quoting.
Each machine ships in a reinforced carton with foam padding. For storage, keep it in a dry, ventilated area between -10°C and 50°C, and cover it to avoid dust buildup on the control panel.
