The equipment utilizes Yb-doped fiber laser technology with a wavelength of 1064nm, ensuring precise and efficient cleaning performance. The pulse frequency ranges from 20-100KHz (adjustable based on model), allowing for optimal cleaning results across different materials and surface conditions.

The cleaning process works through powerful, short pulses that create tiny plasma ruptures, shock waves, and thermal stress on the target surface, causing surface materials to sublimate and evaporate without damaging the base material.
Our laser cleaning systems feature both handheld and automatic operation options, with scan width adjustable from 10-60mm. The equipment operates within a temperature range of 5-40°C, making it suitable for various working environments.
