High Precision DK7725 CNC Molybdenum Wire EDM Cutting Machine for Metal Processing

We've seen a lot of machines come and go, but the DK7725 holds up really well for shops needing consistent accuracy on conductive metals — stainless, alloy, you name it. What it does is deliver that ±0.02mm positioning without a ton of fuss, and the 120mm²/min speed keeps things moving (usually good enough for most tool and die work). Most buyers go with the 380V version for heavier use, but the 220V option works fine for smaller setups.

Worktable travel is 250×320mm, max thickness 500mm, and it'll handle a 500kg workpiece without breaking a sweat — the 1000kg frame keeps vibration minimal during spark erosion. Surface roughness comes in at Ra2.5μm, which is pretty much standerd for this class, and the taper angle of ±6° over 80mm lets you do angled cuts without a separate setup. Power draw is only 1.5kW, so it's not a power hog either.

CE and ISO9001 are on the paperwork, and we usually have stock within 20 days or so — but confirm lead time if you're in a rush. The 2-year the control system and drive components, though teh water-based cooling system is pretty straightforward to maintain yourself. One thing: it's not great for super-thin wall sections under 1mm, as the spark erosion can warp them — that's just the nature of the process.

Packging is a wooden crate, roughly 1450×900×1500mm, and we ship with a basic tool kit and manual — no fancy extras. The MOQ is one unit, but if you need a COA or HPLC report for wire, our company can provide that (just ask when ordering). Actually, the molybdenum wire itself is a consumable, so factor that into your cost per part — we sell it seperately in 0.18mm or 0.20mm diameters depending on your tolerance needs.

For ordering, you'll want to specify voltage upfront — 220V single-phase or 380V three-phase — and whether you need the standard chuck or a custom fixture. Lead time is typically 4-6 weeks, but we've had some orders ship in 3 weeks when stock was good.
