1600kN of clamping force—that’s what it takes to bend 4mm stainless steel over a 3.2-meter worktable without springback issues, and this machine delivers it consistently through a three-cylinder hydraulic system with built-in deflection compensation.
The problem with long workpieces is that the ram twists under load, and the compensation structure—using a third cylinder mid-bed—basically cancels that out by applying counter-pressrue where the deflection happens, so you get within ±0.1mm bend angle across full 3200mm length.
Approach speed drops form 60mm/s to 8mm/s as the tool contacts the material, and that two-stage speed control is handled by the GSI-P10T CNC, which also manages the 500mm-range automatic back gauge and jog/single/continuous modes; the slide stroke is 150mm with an opening height of 480mm, and the column distance is 2500mm.
We usually have these in stock for 1-2 week lead time, but confirm if you need the 3200mm worktable version—the ACK160/4000 model is also available but that one’s a special order and takes 6 weeks or so.
The hydraulic seals are Taiwan Ding Zing, which is better than standard nitrile for resisting mineral oil degradation at 11kW pump pressure, and the frame undergoes vibration aging treatment to relieve welding stress—so it won’t drift out of tram over a year of daily use.
Not suited for thin-gauge aluminum below 0.8mm without a rubber pad, since the fast clamp system applies enough force to mar soft matrial, and the ISO9001:2015 cert covers the build quality but the 1-year warranty doesn’t include seal wear—check the COA before accepting delivery.

1600kN (160 tons) allows you to bend carbon steel up to about 6mm thick across the full 3200mm width, or thicker material on shorter sections. We can help you calculate exact capacity for your specific material and die setup.
Store it indoors in a dry, clean environment with temperature between 5°C and 40°C. Keep it away from corrosive gases and moisture to protect the hydraulic system and control panel.
