If you're running a 300-ton press cranking out automotive interior trim around the clock, the take-out time of 0.65 seconds on the TS3-70S basically keeps the mold open for less time than it takes to blink — that's where the real cycle savings stack up.
The AC servo drives on all axes give you ±0.1mm positioning, which is tighter than most pneumatic arms we've seen, and the vertical stroke runs form 700mm up to 1400mm depending on the model you pick — load capacty is 5 to 15kg, so it handles most standard automotive or appliance parts without issue.
It's not great for ultra-heavy inserts or anything over 15kg (you'd need a different frame for that), but for typical 50-850 ton IMM applicaion the 5-axis version lets you do side-entry or top-entry extraction with the same unit — we usually have the TT3-140S in stock for 850-ton presses, but confirm lead time (usually 20 days or so).
The control interface supports multiple languages, so your operators don't need to guess what a button does, and the microprocessor handles safety interlocks automatically — one less thing to worry about.
Anyway, the 1-year the servo drives and controller, and we include the COA with every shipment — just let us know your preferred voltge (220V is standard, but our company can do 380V on request).
