The BS-V190 magnetic polishing machine utilizes super electromagnetic force to generate high-speed flow impact combined with automatic positive/negative rotation action. This advanced system performs multiple precision grinding operations including burr removal, surface polishing, oxide film removal, stain treatment and sintering trace processing.

Designed for processing non-ferrous metals and hard plastic components, this equipment completes deburring, chamfering, polishing and cleaning operations in a single process. The machine features complete magnetic shielding and variable frequency control for optimal processing results.

With its 1200×600×350mm mill groove size and 1-22kg processing capacity, the BS-V190 is suitable for various industrial applications requiring high-precision surface finishing. The water-based grinding system maintains a 25:1 ratio of water to grinding fluid for efficient operation.
