It draws AC380V at 4.0KW and spins up to 1450 r/min with variable frequency from 0-60Hz, so you can dial it in for different part geometries. The mill groove is 1200×600×350mm, and water consumption runs about 10kg per cycle with a 25:1 fluid ratio. Noise is 60dB, which is quieter than most shop compressors.
What you get when ordering is the machine itself, plus the CE and ISO paperwork—these are factory-tested and come with a 1-year warranty. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time (typically 2-4 weeks depending on your shiping port). Payment is standerd T/T or L/C at sight for first orders.
It's not ideal for very small batches under 1kg or for parts that need ultra-fine mirror finishing—that's more of a vibratory tumble appliction. Most buyers go with the 380V setup, but check your facility power; we've had one guy fry a unit on 220V because he didn't read teh spec. The variable frequency control is nice for adjusting torque on different metals, and positive/negative rotation helps clear debris from the groove.
